- Russian petroleum products: Jet A1, JP54, Virgin D6, D2, EN590 (10ppm), AGO, LCO, ESPO crude oil
- fixed prices, FOB Rotterdam or Houston , tank to tank and tank to vessel
- no upfront payment before PPOP ( namely fresh SGS report, TSR for seller's tank with GPS coordinates, unconditional DTA... )
- no requirement for buyer's tank to co-sign the CI, issue an ATV or sign any document that requires the buyyer's tank farm to demand payment for TSR before buyer has received the PPOP
- SCO must directly be issued by refinery/title holder or by official seller mandate with mandateship certificate
